PRIVACY
We do not sell, lease, or rent our personally identifiable customer information to anyone outside the DiamondJourney.com Dealer network. When a sale is made on our Web Site, the Preferred Dealer of the customer's choice is notified of the details of the sale, in order to offer follow-up and consultative services. When a Preferred Dealer is not selected by a customer, we locate the authorized DiamondJourney.com Dealer(s) who is closest to the customer, and notify them of the sale details, for the same customer service and follow-up reasons as mentioned above. We use customer information for three general purposes: to fulfill your requests for our products and services, to contact you about specials and new products, and to allow our nearby Dealers to keep you informed of specials they offer.

Although we do not sell, lease or rent personally identifiable information about our customers, DiamonJourney.com will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when: We have your consent to share the information; We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; If we would need to share your information with DiamondJourney.com Dealers in your geographical area to provide follow-up services We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of DiamondJourney.com to provide a product or service to you. We have the right to offset Authorized Dealer account balances for products, services, fees, or any other charges against Trade Revenues generated by DiamondJourney.com for the account of the Authorized Dealer.
